  • PINE Health Benefit Trust (PHBT) – Dental Program

PINE Health Benefit Trust offers three dental plans through Delta Dental that members can offer their employees to best suit their situation. No member is too small to offer this coverage.

PHBT offers three plans to choose from.  In each plan offered, your employees have options that they can change during open enrollment.

Delta Dental has one of the largest networks and with the PPO, employees would be able to go to any dentist with coverage through Delta Dental.  PHBT offers a $2000 Plan – which includes $2000 Orthodontia that isn’t offered by many carriers.  Other added benefits include both a White Filling Rider and Implant Rider.

  • Printers’ Disability Trust (PDT) offers Group Life, AD&D, Short-Term, Long-term Disability and Managed Disability programs.
