A PINE Emerging Leader will COLLABORATE, GROW, BELONG, ADVOCATE, and BE HEARD.

PINE has committed to bring together the next generation of print professionals to promote and encourage the growth of the industry by providing collaborative opportunities, career development, and mentorship.

There are many reasons to consider joining PINE’s Emerging Leaders Committee, including specific instances of networking and collaboration, opportunities for personal and professional growth, belonging to a community of like-minded individuals, and the ability to provide feedback through strategic planning for the betterment of the association. Emerging Leaders will advocate for workforce development and career options for the next generation of print service providers by building awareness for the importance of vocational education.

PINE’s Emerging Leaders Committee is designed to be a committed group of association ambassadors that will promote engagement of younger members, brining excitement for the opportunities of growth, learning, and collaboration. It is the hope that this committee will guide young leaders to understand the mission and values of PINE. Once the Emerging Leader has excelled in the program and demonstrated a full understanding of PINE’s leadership attributes, they will be encouraged to submit their candidacy for leadership roles within the PINE Board of Directors.
