Here is what’s needed:

  • Artwork must be a high resolution print ready PDF file.
  • All files require crop marks, regardless of the bleed.
  • Ads requiring bleeds must be 1/8″ on all sides.
  • Colors must be CMYK. Please do not include Pantone colors, RGB, or ICC profiles.
  • Resolution of all photography and scanned illustrations must be 300 dpi. Line art should be 600 dpi.
  • All fonts used must be embedded in the PDF file.
  • Flatten all layers and set transparency to highest setting.
  • Ads must be suitable to print as-is. PINE is not responsible for any errors in content.
  • Necessary edits are the responsibility of and at the expense of the advertiser.
  • All materials must be submitted in accordance with the published deadlines and meet the criteria stated above.

  • Business Connections (No bleed available. Ads are static for all 10 issues.)
    • 2.25″ x 2.25″ (square) – $350/year
    • 2.25″ x 4.75″ (vertical only) – $600/year
    • 4.75″ x 4.75″ (square) – $1,050/year
