Consumer Product Safety:
What are YOUR Responsibilities?

Do you know your legal responsibilities and how to meet them?

If you produce books or other printed matter for children, new regulations under the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act require you to test and certify your products for certain chemical ingredients by February 2011. Gary Jones, Director of Environmental Health & Safety at PIA, will be at PINE Sept. 15 to provide insights and information regarding your responsibilities.

As more and more printers are being inspected by OSHA, Gary will also review the fundamentals of compliance and how to avoid OSHA violations.
